WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and/or the smell of fragrance or smoke.
At Casual & Chic Boutique by Nice, your 100% satisfaction is our goal. However, should you not be satisfied with the product you received, you have 7 days to return your item(s) to be granted a store credit. We do NOT issue refunds, only exchange. All returns will be processed as store credits, and the funds will be available for you to use at your leisure.
All accessories, permanently marked down items and items sold at more than a 25% discount are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. Please note that if you purchase an item at a discounted rate and return the item, the discount cannot be transferred to your next purchase. All sale codes are ONLY VALID during the time of the sale.
If a customer returns an item that is marked final sale without prior approval, we will NOT honor the return nor issue a credit or refund, and the item will not be returned to the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
After your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return the item. Customers are financially responsible for their return shipping fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to receive your return. Please do not send emails asking have we received or processed your return if it is still within that time frame. As promised, when your item is received, we will contact you with confirmation about your store credit.
STORE CREDITS
Store credits will be applied to your store account. You must have a store account to receive your credit. Please make sure you have created a store account before submitting a return.
SHIPPING
Shipping: Please allow 2-4 days for shipping and processing boutique orders.
Casual & Chic Boutique by Nice is NOT responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ENTERED DURING CHECKOUT
Please double check that all shipping information entered is correct before submitting your order. WE WILL NOT CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESSES AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED.
If you live in a building or apartment, please add your building and/or apartment number. Casual & Chic Boutique by Nice does not take responsibility for INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION INPUTTED! If the package is returned as non-deliverable, we will typically issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. If you want your package reshipped, you will need to pay a reshipment fee.
We are not responsible for any merchandise that is lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address. Contact your local post office for any questions concerning missing packages.
Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will notify you once your package has shipped.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not yet received it, you must contact the delivery carrier (usually USPS) to address the issue directly with them. Casual & Chic Boutique by Nice does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as DELIVERED by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or store credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. Also, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
After you receive shipping confirmation from us; all questions regarding delivery must be directed to the carrier USPS/UPS/DHL.
